“Acceptable Format” is set out in the ‘Dictionary’ at the end, see 13.2
But quite simply, it’s what sites like Vimeo recommend, and we even accept DVDs in the regular mail if that’s easiest for you. High-Def? Not yet. Schools tend to be some way behind other institutions when it comes to these things.
